Mark and Linda Simone

Between the two of them, owners, Mark and Linda, have over 5 decades of experience in the food service industry. Along with their team, they continue to honour the tradition of inventive French bistro cuisine presented on a daily inspired Chalkboard Menu. Their passion for eclectic flavours and modern adaptations come together in the most delectable way.

Head Chef, Roddy Eastman

Our kitchen team prepares inspired dishes, each bringing their expertise and culinary flare to the kitchen. Led by Head Chef, Roddy Eastman, our team works together to create culinary gems that will delight you each and every time you dine with us.

Sommelier, Robert Miller

With over twenty-five years experience in the beverage industry, Robert is recognised as one of the true leaders and top Sommeliers in the country. After  attaining his Certified Sommelier Diploma with the International Sommelier Guild, Robert now spends his time cultivating wine lists for some of Ontario’s best restaurants, including Bijou. Stop by to discover his latest perfect pairing.

Marketing Consultant, Robyn Lusk

 With over 8 years of marketing experience, Robyn brings her unique perspective to the Bijou team. With her flare for food photography and her passion for local food prepared well, Bijou is the perfect place for Robyn to explore Stratford’s culinary world and share the stories of this amazing team!
