Featuring standout plates such as Koji-Aged Wagyu Coulotte, Oysters & Lobster Rockefeller, and Foie Gras & White Chocolate Semifreddo with espresso and cognac gel, cinnamon sugar cookie, blackberries, and anise hyssop. Each dish is designed for sharing, exploring, and celebrating the best of the season.

We proudly present our highly acclaimed, locally inspired menu from Head Chef Evan Trower. Our menu(s) has become a beloved annual favourite for both visitors and Stratford locals, celebrating the incredible produce and culinary talent of our region.
At Bijou, we continue our twenty-six-year tradition of showcasing local cuisine while artfully embracing modern influences and techniques.
Bijou also offers Tasting Menus with expert wine pairings for groups of 4 to 10. Tasting menus are available by advanced reservation. A week’s notice is required.
