Bijou proudly presents our highly acclaimed and locally inspired farm-to-table menu . This menu has become an annual favorite for visitors and Stratford locals alike. Head Chef, John Redmond, honours our twenty-one-year tradition of farm-to-table cuisine while masterfully infusing modern influences and techniques. Our Blackboard menu is offered Thursday through Saturday starting at 4:30 pm.
Bijou also offers Tasting Menus with expert wine pairings for groups of 6 to 8. Tasting menus are available by advanced reservation. A week’s notice is required.
