Bijou proudly presents our highly acclaimed and locally inspired farm-to-table menu from acclaimed Head Chef, Stew Taylor. This menu has become an annual favourite for visitors and Stratford locals alike, showcasing the amazing produce and culinary artisans from the region. Bijou honours our twenty-three-year tradition of showcasing local cuisine while masterfully infusing modern influences and techniques.
We are open for dinner service with reservations and walk-ins Thursday through Saturday, beginning at 4:45 pm. As Bijou offers an intimate dining experience, we recommend reservations to avoid disappointment.
Bijou also offers Tasting Menus with expert wine pairings for groups of 6 to 8. Tasting menus are available by advanced reservation. A week’s notice is required.
