We proudly present our highly acclaimed, locally inspired menu from Head Chef Evan Trower. Our menu(s) has become a beloved annual favourite for both visitors and Stratford locals, celebrating the incredible produce and culinary talent of our region.

At Bijou, we continue our twenty-seven-year tradition of showcasing local cuisine while artfully embracing modern influences and techniques.

Bijou also offers Tasting Menus with expert wine pairings for groups of 4 to 10. Tasting menus are available by advanced reservation. A week’s notice is required.
